
Associates of the BEST Foundation are those who work in the world of Estate Planning but aren’t Will writers. This membership option provides a home for a diverse range of experts, including genealogists, accountants, capacity assessors, and other related professionals. With all the same benefits of BEST Membership, this will allow people to join a thriving community of like-minded professionals.
Applying to become an Associate Member
In order to apply for corporate membership you must:
- Complete the application form and pay the applicable fee depending on the number of people in the business
- Hold a clear and valid DBS check for all employees or representatives of the company who are client facing.
- Provide evidence that you hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in respect of the services you offer
- Confirm you hold Public Liability insurance
- All employees covered by the membership will need to agree to the BEST Foundation’s Continuous Learning Requirements and the BEST Foundation Code of Conduct.
