Associates of the BEST Foundation are those who work in the world of Estate Planning but aren’t Will writers. This membership option provides a home for a diverse range of experts, including genealogists, accountants, capacity assessors, and other related professionals. With all the same benefits of BEST Membership, this will allow people to join a thriving community of like-minded professionals.

Applying for Affiliate Membership
Affiliate membership with BEST is for those who have been in the industry for between 12-24 months. This membership level offers tailored support during the early stages of your career or business, providing you with the guidance and resources you need to establish a solid foundation for long-term success. As an Affiliate Member, you’ll gain access to essential tools and training opportunities to help you navigate the challenges of starting out in the Estate Planning industry. Our goal is to ensure you build the skills and confidence necessary to thrive and eventually progress to becoming a fully-fledged member of BEST.

Applying for Independent Membership
If you wish to sign up as an individual then you will need to apply for Independent membership. You will receive your own listing on our website and will be able to use our logo, (once your application has been approved), on your own stationery, email footer and social media.

Applying for Corporate Membership
If you run, or are part of a company / network of Estate planning professionals wishing to apply for membership then you will need to apply for Corporate membership. To qualify for Corporate Membership, all employees or representatives of the company who take instructions for estate planning documentation from clients must qualify for full membership via one of the above available routes.

Applying for Fellow Membership…
You, or the Company, can apply to become a Fellow Member if you are a member of the Foundation for an ongoing period of 5 years.
Alternatively the Advisory Board may invite you to take up Fellow Membership demonstrating your commitment to the aims of the Foundation.
